We can ship to virtually any address in the United states. Note that there are NO International Shipping available right now. WE SHIP TO ALL 50 CONUS STATES, unless if there is an issue that we can’t send an order to your state, we will notify you or if state has restrictions on the particular product we will automatically cancel the shipment.

 

Tracking Number.

 

We will post your tracking number by the end of day. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.  Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse or when the order ship to  shipping carrier sorting facility (could take 12hrs-24hrs).

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, there are several ways you can track your package:

1. Click the tracking link in the shipping notification email that we send you.

2. Click the tracking number in your Order History, once it is available.

3. Copy your tracking number, and track it on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, etc.).

 

One Very important note, WE are not RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. Once your Order ships we will provide you the tracking number and from there whatever Happens WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.  Please do not contact us regarding the issues listed below,

-  the package was stolen when its delivered

- roommate stole the package

- postal carrier mis-delivered the package

- taking too long to receive

- Misrouted

- items missing
