90-day Warranty:

We will replace any and all defective electronic equipment within 90 days, effective the day you receive your product.  All  batteries, , wall adapters, USB charger and drip tips, fall under our VIGS 90-day warranty.  Tanks and clearomizers have a limited VIGS 14-day warranty.  

 

In the event of a malfunction or failure:

1. Open a support ticket - please include your invoice number, address, and full name.

2. Describe the equiptment failure or malfunction in detail.

 

We will respond and evaluate all support tickets in a timely manner (24hrs)
